artimagaza.com is available to all members. Provided services on the Site are free unless otherwise specified.
In the following written cases, the site management can prevent the member from using the site and reserves the legal rights of the person or people involved in the following initiatives:
1 a - to record some informations into on the site which are contrary to law as per Republic of Turkey and wrong, irregular, incomplete and misleading expression according to public morality rules containing inappropriate expressions.
1.b. Unauthorized copying of site’s content in whole or in part.
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damages arising from the use of information such as user name and password which is given to the users or the usage of this rights by third parties and sharing. In the same way the User, may not use any other user's private information such as IP address, e-mail address on the Internet. The user is commit to have accepted all legal and penal obligations arising from such use.
1.d. Use of software that will threaten the security of the site and prevent the operation of the site and the software used, conducting activities, attempting to do so and receiving, deleting, changing information

3.e. The user shall not take any action to prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use artimagaza.com, nor may it install or force / lock servers or databases. Users cannot attempt to cheat. Otherwise, Users accept that their membership will be terminated and any legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via artimagaza.com. The users who terminates their membership will be revoked access to site. The people who cancels their membership accepts that this transaction has no return.

7.b If the parties don't notify the other party in writing of any changes to their existing e-mails within 3 (three) days, they accept that requests to old e-mails will be valid and deemed to have been made to them.
7.c Similarly, any notification made by artimagaza.com using the registered email address of the user shall be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the sending of the electronic mail by artimagaza.com. The user, declares accepts and undertakes that he has read, understood, accepted and confirmed the accuracy of the information provided in this agreement.
